Eugenio Marín joined Pérez-Llorca in 2015.

Prior to joining the firm, Eugenio completed work experience in the Corporate Law practice area during the academic years 2012-2013 and 2013-2014, as well as from September 2014- March 2015.

Studies:

• 2014 Joint Master’s degree in Business Law and for Access to the Legal Profession, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) – DEUSTO
• 2013 Degree in Law and Diploma in International Legal Studies, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE)

He speaks Spanish, English and French.

Experience

After having gained work experience in three different practices at the firm, Eugenio joined the Corporate and Finance practice. He has advised national and international, private and listed companies and has taken part in national and cross-border financing, restructuring, debt acquisition and asset finance transactions.
