Experience
Felipe has been involved in major corporate transactions in the (re)insurance sector in recent years, accumulating more than 15 years of proven experience in providing ongoing advice to clients, including (re)insurers, other financial sector institutions and investors, on the full spectrum of transactional and regulatory matters, including M&A transactions, bancassurance and assurbanking alliances, implementation of distribution structures, portfolio transfer and reinsurance transactions, throughout Europe and Latin America.
Felipe also has in-depth knowledge and experience in (re)insurance entity governance and general regulatory compliance, and regularly advises clients, including distributors and insurtech, on insurance regulatory law.
