Gonzalo Fernández-Bravo joined Pérez-Llorca in January 2019, after four years working in the Procedural Law departments of several different firms.

Experience

Gonzalo is currently working in the firm’s Public Law practice. He specialises in procedural law. Gonzalo advises on and participates in all types of arbitrations and judicial proceedings, in areas such as banking law, consumer law and insolvency law, defects in construction and the division of commonly-owned goods, leases, white collar crime, corporate actions and directors’ liability, contractual and non-contractual resolutions and liabilities, including proceedings before the High Courts, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. Gonzalo has experience with both Spanish law and EU law in these areas.
