Ignacio joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020, carrying out work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, Ignacio completed work experience at a prestigious international firm.

Experience

Ignacio specialises in commercial law. He advises domestic and foreign clients on corporate matters, within the framework of mergers and acquisitions, on restructurings and co-investment transactions, with a particular emphasis on advising strategic investors and investment funds.
