Irene joined Pérez-Llorca in September 2025. Prior to this, Irene worked in the Corporate Tax department of a Big Four firm.

Studies:

• 2024 — Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
• 2024 — Master’s degree in Taxation, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
• 2022 — Master’s degree in International and European Law, Université Toulouse I Capitole.
• 2021 — Joint Honours degree in Spanish-French Law, Universidad de Valencia and Université Toulouse I Capitole.

She speaks Spanish, Valencian, English and French.

Experience

Irene has experience in direct taxation matters, mainly in advising both resident and non-resident entities. She has also collaborated in the preparation of appeals and claims before the Economic-Administrative Courts against actions by the Tax Administration.

In 2023, Irene was involved in monitoring tax policies adopted by EU Member States and developments in international and European taxation (OECD Pillar II, DEBRA Directive Proposal, ATAD III), as part of the European Parliament’s FISC Sub-Committee.
