Jorge Alonso joined Pérez-Llorca in June 2023 as a lawyer for the firm’s Corporate practice area. Prior to this, he worked in Corporate/M&A departments in the Madrid offices of several Spanish and international law firms.

Jorge specialises in commercial law, advising companies in different sectors of activity.
He has experience in domestic and cross-border transactions in a wide range of sectors (e.g. private equity, energy, education or infrastructure), representing Spanish and international companies, financiers and investment banks in acquisitions, mergers, demergers and spin-offs, restructurings, joint ventures and other types of projects, drafting and negotiating contracts relating to the acquisition of equity interests in companies, asset transfer and governance and investor relations agreements, project finance agreements, construction contracts, construction contracts, joint ventures, joint ventures and other types of transactions, asset transfers and agreements relating to corporate governance and investor relations, project finance agreements, construction, operation and maintenance contracts and consortium agreements in connection with public tenders, as well as in the coordination of due diligence teams and processes.
