Manuel joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, Manuel completed work experience in a Spanish law firm.

Experience

Manuel is currently working in the Litigation and Arbitration practice. He advises domestic and international clients in all types of civil and commercial proceedings before Spanish courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitration.

Previously, and as part of the firm’s seat system, Manuel worked in the Corporate/M&A practice area, advising domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions of companies and assets. Manuel also completed a seat in the Competition area, where he advised on claims for damages for infringements of competition law and unfair competition.

Finalist in the European Moot Court Competition, as a member of the team representing the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, appearing before the Grand Chamber of the Court of Justice of the European Union, 2023.
