Marcelino joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025 as Chief Group Financial Officer as part of the process of institutionalising and strengthening the firm’s management team. His appointment is in line with the firm’s objective of ensuring it has the management tools necessary to face a period of national and international growth.

Studies:

• 1992 — Degree in Business Administration, Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).

He speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Marcelino has 25 years of experience gained almost entirely in a leading international financial institution, where he held various positions of responsibility until becoming Chief Financial Officer in Spain. Over his long career, Marcelino has worked in the investment banking, commercial banking and financial management sectors in Madrid and London.

Academic and publishing collaborations

Marcelino is a professor of the “Financial Markets” course at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).
