Mario joined Pérez-Llorca in 2026. Prior to this, he worked as a lawyer in the financial and banking law department of a Big Four firm and an international law firm, as well as in the legal department of an international investment bank.

Studies:

• 2016 Degree in International and European Business Law (MIEBL), Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).
• 2014 Degree in Law, Universidad de Zaragoza.

He speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Mario specialises in banking and finance law. He has advised domestic and international clients on corporate finance, real estate finance, project finance and acquisition finance transactions. He has also advised on debt issuance transactions (promissory notes) and on the sale of non-performing debt portfolios.
