Marta joined Pérez-Llorca’s Public Law/Regulatory practice area in 2024. Prior to this she worked at a prestigious international firm for five years.

She speaks Spanish and English. Marta also has knowledge of Italian and French.

Experience

Marta is currently part of Pérez-Llorca’s Public Law and Regulatory practices. Marta’s experience focuses on legal advice relating to the energy and gas sector. To this end, Marta advises on transactions involving the sale and purchase, mergers or spin-offs of assets and companies, financing in the energy sector, as well as on other regulatory matters relating to the energy sector and to different sectors subject to special regulation or administrative supervision. Marta also specialises in advising on administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings.
