• 2011 – Degree in Law, Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Centro Universitario Villanueva).

She speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Her career focuses on the area of Legal Tech, innovation and transformation of the legal practice.

Before joining Pérez-Llorca, Mercedes developed her career in a Big Four firm, where she was responsible for defining and optimising legal processes and designing technology-based legal solutions for clients.

Before specialising in Legal Tech, Mercedes worked in banking and commercial law.

Academic and publishing collaborations

She regularly collaborates with business schools and universities, providing training on digital strategy in the legal field.
