Experience

Pablo has over 12 years of experience in tax law. He has extensive experience advising national and multinational companies and individuals, especially in direct taxation.

Over the years, Pablo has specialised in advising on tax proceedings at all levels, from the administrative to the highest courts. Throughout his career, he has been involved in advising individuals and legal entities on complex litigation, which has given him a solid knowledge of both substantive and procedural matters.

He has extensive experience in tax recovery for non-resident entities, having worked with various collective investment schemes as well as sovereign wealth funds. Prior to joining Pérez-Llorca, Pablo spent his professional career in the tax department of a Big Four firm.

Academic and publishing collaborations

Pablo lectures on tax matters at various universities and business schools, such as Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, the Madrid Bar Association and UNIR, among others.

Pablo is also a regular contributor to various publications on tax matters, covering both tax procedures and different kinds of tax issues.
