Roberto Funes joined Pérez-Llorca in November 2021. Prior to this, he worked in the Corporate/M&A departments of a renowned Spanish firm and a Big Four company.

Experience

Roberto specialises in corporate law. He boasts ample experience providing advice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to domestic and foreign clients from different sectors, with a special emphasis on clients from the renewable energy sector.

He has experience in drafting and negotiating share and asset purchase and sale agreements, the incorporation and restructuring of companies, commercial contracts, as well as general corporate matters.
