Sara joined Pérez-Llorca as a lawyer in 2025, after having carried out work experience as part of the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession in the firm’s Corporate/M&A, Banking and Finance, and Litigation and Arbitration practices. Prior to joining the firm, Sara completed an internship at a renowned international law firm in the Real Estate and Financial Real Estate Law department.

Experience

Sara is currently part of the firm’s Litigation practice area, advising domestic and international clients on all types of civil and commercial proceedings before Spanish courts and tribunals, as well as in domestic and international arbitration.

Prior to this, as part of the firm’s seat programme, Sara worked in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice area and is specialised in commercial and real estate law. She has taken part in advising domestic and international clients on corporate and real estate law, as well as on the sale and purchase of companies and assets, and on mergers and spin-offs.
