Silvia Mañá joined Pérez-Llorca’s Barcelona office in 2025 as a Land Planning partner.
She has over twenty years of experience advising national and international companies on planning, management, implementation and urban discipline.
Studies:
- 2003 Master’s Degree in Territorial and Environmental Law, Universitat Pompeu Fabra-Institut d’Educació Contínua (IDEC)
- 2002 Degree in Law, Universitat Pompeu Fabra
She speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and Italian.
Experience
Silvia specialises in land planning law and public law. Her practice focuses on the comprehensive support of complex land planning transactions and projects, linked to the development of land, existing buildings and activities, offering advice during all phases of the land planning implementation process. She has also provided ongoing advice on administrative proceedings and relations with public and private entities, as well as acting as legal counsel in contentious-administrative appeals.
Academic and publishing collaborations
In the academic field, Mañá is a lecturer at Esade and at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE).
