In view of the emergency situation caused by COVID-19, various public bodies have published numerous measures and recommendations in the last few days, aimed at minimising the impact of the spread of this disease and ensuring the continuity of the public services they are entrusted to provide. On 16 March, Order INT/239/2020 was published, reintroducing controls at internal land borders.

This order enables the possibility of restricting the movement of people who will not be able to maintain continuity.
