Coloma joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021. Prior to this, she worked in the Public Law department of a prestigious international firm and at a renowned Spanish firm specialised in public law and litigation.

Studies:

• 2022 — Specialisation course “How to excel as a Professional Land Manager”, CIARE.

She speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.

Experience

Coloma is part of Pérez-Llorca’s public law practice area and provides advice in the land planning, environment, infrastructure and construction department. She advises Spanish and international companies, investment funds, public administrations and land planning entities, with a focus on:

• Litigation in both administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings.
• Carrying out land planning and environmental due diligence and drafting legal reports on the findings
• Advice on the drafting and follow-up of all types of planning and environmental instruments (General Plans, Partial Plans, Planning Agreements, Detail Studies and Re-plotting Projects, etc.).
• Analysis of the implications of the regulation in the sector, especially on land developments and implementation of real estate projects (e.g. aeronautical easements, protection of heritage, cultural protection of archaeological goods etc.).
• Coordinating, advising and managing urban planning entities, such as Compensation Committees and/or Urban Conservation Entities in different areas of the country.
• Specific legal advice in relation to the land planning situation of all types of assets, with a focus on the region of Catalonia and the Balearic Islands and in the hotel and flex-living sector.
• Specific legal advice in relation to obtaining and modifying building works and rehabilitation permits, as well as licences for tourism or environmental use.

Coloma has contributed to specialised journals such as the Revista Actualidad Jurídica Aranzadi and the Revista Técnica de Medio Ambiente (RETEMA).
