At these sessions, lawyers and partners from our Public Law practice will discuss the major developments in this area.
On this occasion, Elena Veleiro, Partner at Pérez-Llorca and State Advocate on leave of absence, and Natalia Olmos, Senior Associate at Pérez-Llorca, will analyse the reality of contracting with the public sector one year after Law 9/2017 came into force, and comment on the main disputes arising from its implementation.
