Alessandro joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to joining the firm, Alessandro completed an internship with prestigious foundations specialised in the field of law.

Studies:

• 2024 — Joint Master’s degree in Corporate Law and for Access to the Legal Profession (Bilingual), IE University.
• 2023 — Bachelor’s degree in European Law, Maastricht University and Degree in Law, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

He speaks Spanish, English and Italian.

Experience

Alessandro is currently part of the Corporate/M&A team at Pérez-Llorca, advising national and international clients on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and investment transactions in funds and start-ups. Previously, following the firm’s seat programme, Alessandro completed an internship with prestigious foundations specialising in legal advisory services to non-profit organisations.
