Profile

Álvaro joined Pérez-Llorca in 2018 and is part of Pérez-Llorca’s Litigation and Arbitration practice area. His professional experience focuses on commercial litigation before the Spanish courts and tribunals, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations. Prior to joining the Litigation team, Álvaro completed an internship in the Firm’s Commercial practice area.

Experience

Álvaro has experience in complex civil and commercial disputes, both before the ordinary courts and in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, in matters related to banking law, contract law, corporate law and insolvency law, among others. He also has experience in corporate and commercial matters, as well as in taxation.
