Ana joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022. Prior to this, she carried out her work experience as part of the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession in the M&A department of a Big Four firm.

• 2020 Joint Master’s degree in Tax Consultancy, Instituto de Empresa
• 2019 Joint Honours degree in Law and Business Administration, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

She speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

She has been involved in the M&A department advising domestic and international clients on M&A transactions, specifically preparing due diligence and structure reports. She has also advised clients on the corresponding tax and commercial implications of restructuring transactions.

She has also worked in Corporate departments of law firms, advising on commercial and corporate matters, as well as on issues related to economic and tax criminal offences.
