Experience
Ángela is part of the Barcelona office’s Tax practice, participating in M&A and real estate transactions, as well as in acquisitions, divestments and restructurings, in addition to advising on international tax matters.
She provides tax guidance to resident and non-resident companies and partners on direct and indirect taxes, and offers ongoing advice on tax issues related to her clients’ regular activities.
