Blanca joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, she worked in a Spanish firm and spent a number of years preparing for the competitive state exams for access to the judiciary and the public prosecutor’s office.

Experience
Blanca is specialised in employment and social security law. She is experienced in representing clients before the courts in individual and collective proceedings. Her litigation practice covers dismissals, claims for payment, collective disputes and social security proceedings, among others.
Blanca also provides ongoing legal advice to national and international clients on a wide range of matters, such as collective disputes and collective bargaining (collective bargaining agreements, collective dismissals, substantial modification of working conditions), claims for payment, dismissals, claims for rights, formalisation of contracts, self-employed workers, subcontracting, corporate restructuring, etc. She also carries out employment and social security audits for national and multinational companies, including analysis of regulatory compliance, identification of risks and contingencies, and proposals for regularisation.
