Blanca joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, she worked in a Spanish firm and spent a number of years preparing for the competitive state exams for access to the judiciary and the public prosecutor’s office.

Experience

Blanca is specialised in employment and social security law. She is experienced in representing clients before the Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service and in providing ongoing legal advice to domestic and international clients in both individual and collective matters, such as collective disputes, claims for payment, dismissals, claims for rights, substantial modifications of working conditions, formalising contracts, false self-employment, company restructuring, and other matters.

Blanca also advises on employment and social security audits of both international and national companies.
