Cristina joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Cristina completed an internship in the tax department of a well-known Spanish law firm and in the commercial department of a well-known international law firm.
Estudios:
- 2023 ‒ Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and Tax Advice, Instituto de Empresa.
- 2022 ‒ Joint Honours degree in Law and Business Administration, Instituto de Empresa.
She speaks Spanish, English and French.
Experience
Cristina is a member of the Tax practice area, where she advises both domestic and international clients on direct and indirect taxation matters, including the taxation of real estate transactions and advice on estate planning.
Cristina also contributes to the firm’s tax litigation practice, having participated in economic-administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings before the courts at all levels.
Previously, as part of the firm’s seat programme, Cristina provided advisory services in the Real Estate practice.
