Experience

Enrique is specialised in real estate law and has advised national and international investors on all kinds of transactions related to the real estate market, including acquisitions and sales of assets, financing real estate projects, build-to-rent and sale and leaseback transactions, and M&A transactions with a real estate component. Likewise, he has been involved with various credit portfolio transactions.
