Eva Láuzara joined Pérez-Llorca in January 2021. Prior to this, she worked at a big four firm for two and a half years.

Studies:

• 2019 Joint Master’s degree in International Law and for Access to the Legal Profession, Instituto Superior de Derecho y Empresa (ISDE)
• 2017 Degree in Law, Universidad de Vigo (Uvigo)

She speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Eva specialises in employment and social security law. She advises on various labour matters, including representing clients before the Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Service, advising on legal auditing (due diligence) processes and providing ongoing labour advice on dismissals, claims for payment, claims of rights, senior management sanctions, substantial modifications to working conditions, company successions, as well as participation in collective negotiation tables, both for collective bargaining agreements and equality plans. Eva also has experience with special employment relationships for professional sportspeople.
