Ignacio joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. He gained experience in the firm’s Corporate/M&A and Banking and Finance practice areas. Prior to this, he worked in the Commercial Law practice at two well-known prestigious Spanish firms for over a year.

Experience

Ignacio currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice. Since joining the firm, he has advised on corporate law, corporate governance and real estate matters, as well as on the sale and purchase of companies and assets, and on mergers, spin-offs and demergers.

Prior to this, he gained experience at the firm in corporate financings, asset acquisition and project financings and refinancings.
