Irene joined Pérez-Llorca as a lawyer in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the Digital Law department of a Big Four firm for over a year and a half.

Experience 

Irene has experience in matters relating to the management, protection and exploitation of intangible assets, as well as in providing ongoing advice on data protection, including handling requests to exercise data subjects’ rights, responding to requests from supervisory authorities, and drafting clauses and contracts in this field.

With regards to technology, Irene has been involved in projects aimed at ensuring compliance with artificial intelligence regulations, with a particular focus on the interaction between AI systems and companies’ intangible assets, as well as the potential impact of the use of these assets during the training and deployment phases of these systems.

In addition, Irene has been involved in corporate acquisitions and disposals, participating in due diligence processes from the perspective of intellectual property and data protection.

Her practice also involves advising clients on the development of their activities in digital environments, with a particular focus on e-commerce, online contracting and regulatory compliance applicable to digital platforms and services.
