Experience

Irene specialised in insurance law in 2019 advising Spanish and international insurers and reinsurers in both contentious and non-contentious matters, highlighting her negotiation skills and the design of procedural strategies.

In particular, she has worked on liability claims (including professional liability, product liability and D&O insurance), health liability, casualty and property. She has also advised on policy coverage, refusals and recovery actions.

Irene also carries out the review, interpretation and adaptation of foreign policies to Spanish regulations and has experience managing bordereaux and acting as TPA.
