Javier Blanco Vicente joined Pérez-Llorca in 2026 as a partner in the Tax practice, with the aim of strengthening the firm’s Private Client practice and its capabilities in providing tax advice to private clients, family businesses, business groups and entities linked to private banking.

His practice focuses on providing ongoing and strategic tax advice to private clients and corporate groups, including wealth planning, corporate reorganisations, property investments and investment structures, as well as devising tax-efficient solutions in particularly complex wealth and business contexts.

Experience

Javier Blanco has extensive experience in providing tax advice to high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, national and international business groups, and private banking clients.

Throughout his career, he has advised on wealth planning and structuring processes, both from a personal and a business perspective, helping to design ownership, investment and wealth transfer structures tailored to each client’s needs.

He also has experience in property investment transactions, corporate and business restructuring, and in analysing the tax implications arising from corporate transactions, family structures and complex estates.

Javier is an associate professor of taxation on the Bachelor’s degree programme in Business Administration and Management at the Universidad Internacional de Cataluña.
