Jorge joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022. Prior to this, he worked at a prestigious international firm and a Big Four firm.

Studies:

• 2016 Joint Master’s degree in International Business Law and for Access to the Legal Profession, ESADE – Universidad Ramon Llull
• 2015 Degree in Law, Universidad de Valencia. 

He speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Jorge specialises in commercial law. He advises domestic and international clients on corporate and M&A matters, mergers and acquisitions and all types of corporate restructuring.
