Jorge joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022. Prior to this, he worked for two years in a renowned competition boutique firm in Madrid.

Studies:

• 2021 — Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession with a diploma in International Business Law, CUNEF
• 2019 — Degree in Law, Universidad de Cantabria

 He speaks Spanish, English and French.

Experience

Jorge is specialised in competition law and EU litigation. He advises on merger control, prohibited conduct – both agreements and abuses of dominant position – state aid and EU law. Jorge also has experience in the development of compliance programmes and claims for damages arising from anti-competitive offences.
