Leonor joined Pérez-Llorca in January 2026. Prior to this, she worked as a lawyer in the Banking and Finance law practice of a prestigious international firm.

Studies:

• 2022 — Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and Business Law, Universidad de Navarra
• 2021 — Degree in Law, Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE)

She speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Leonor is currently working in the firm’s Banking and Finance practice. She has advised domestic and international clients, and has been involved in a number of transactions related to corporate financing, business acquisition financing, project financing, real estate financing as well as debt restructuring. She also has experience in asset finance and tax lease transactions.
