Experience

María advises domestic and international clients on employment law related to day-to-day business matters (dismissals, disciplinary procedures, labour inspections, employment contracts, occupational risk prevention), as well as on more specific data protection issues that may have an impact on the employees’ sphere.

In addition, Maria provides legal assistance on administrative conciliations before the Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Service.
