Pablo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, Pablo completed work experience in a Spanish firm.

Experience

Pablo is part of the Public Law and Regulated Sectors practice, where he advises clients on public procurement, administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings, as well as on corporate transactions and financing transactions involving administrative law aspects.

Previously, he worked in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice, advising national and international clients on all types of insolvency and pre-insolvency proceedings, including debt refinancing and restructuring transactions. He has also been a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Arbitration practice, where he was involved in a wide range of civil and commercial proceedings before Spanish courts and tribunals, as well as in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
