Experience

Sabela specialises in Labour Law and Social Security. She has experience working in negotiation and reconciliation processes through administrative channels; as a legal representative before the Labour courts in dismissal proceedings, payment claims, rights claims, substantial modifications to working conditions, Social Security, labour accidents, and in the drafting of pleadings before various instances.

She also has experience providing clients with day-to-day advice: hiring, compliance with Social Security; allowances and subsidies; collective representation matters; and individual dismissals.
