Experience

Víctor is part of Pérez-Llorca’s Public Law and Litigation team.

Víctor’s experience since joining Pérez-Llorca has focused on advising domestic and international companies on their relationships with public administrations.

Víctor advises on litigation and proceedings before all kinds of public sector entities. In particular, he has experience in areas such as infrastructures, assets, sanctions, subsidies, transport and all kinds of procedures related to public sector procurement.

Víctor also advises on commercial transactions and project financing in various regulated sectors including finance, telecommunications, transport, defence and education.

Academic and publishing collaborations

Víctor has lectured in specific sessions for the Master’s degree in Regulated Sector Law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
