Experience

Viktoriya has experience giving advice on many issues related to direct and indirect taxes, both nationally and internationally, to companies and their shareholders that are both resident and non-resident in Spain.

She also boasts ample experience in real estate tax and drawing up business design structures, both nationally and internationally. In particular, she has participated in all phases of restructuring and acquisition transactions for businesses in the real estate and energy sectors (design and implementation of tax structures, due diligence, negotiation, tax modelling, etc.).

Additionally, Viktoriya offers regular advice on verifications and inspections, as well as in proceedings before the economic-administrative and contentious-administrative Courts of all instances.
