The “Iberian Law Firm of the Year” award recognises Pérez-Llorca as the top law firm of 2006 in Spain and Portugal. This award forms part of the Chambers Global Awards, which are highly regarded at an international level, and are awarded annually by Chambers & Partners.
Chambers & Partners is one of the most prominent publishers in the legal field and annually publishes the “Chambers” directory, with a selection of the most highly esteemed lawyers and law firms at an international level, according to their area of specialisation.
Pérez-Llorca was awarded “Iberian Law Firm of the Year” on 16 November 2006 in the London Hilton hotel at a gala attended by more than 800 guests, including lawyers from more than 175 countries. The jury for the award was comprised of well-known personalities in the legal world, such as John Benson, Deputy Director of Legal for Commerzbank Securities; John Collins, Secretary General of the ABN AMRO Group; Carol Moir, Deputy Director of Legal for UBS Investment Bank; and Giles Pemberton, Secretary General of the Easyjet’s Administrative Committee.
