Experience

Extensive experience advising clients on compliance with social security obligations and employer-related requirements arising from audit and enforcement procedures conducted by the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), the National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), and local tax authorities. Her practice includes the design and implementation of compliance strategies and contingency prevention measures, as well as planning and advising on mergers and employer substitution processes before the IMSS. She also represents clients in administrative litigation before the Federal Administrative Justice Court and in constitutional (amparo) proceedings.
