Daragh joined Pérez-Llorca in 2019 after practising law for several years at an arbitration boutique in Madrid.

He speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Daragh is specialized in commercial and investment treaty arbitration. He has acted both as counsel and as secretary to arbitral tribunals in arbitrations conducted in accordance with the rules of the ICC, ICSID, ICDR, SCC, LCIA, FIFA, and FIDIC. He has also acted as counsel in federal litigations in the United States and has submitted briefs before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Academic Collaborations

Daragh is presently an associate professor at Saint Louis University Madrid where he teaches a course on business law. He is also part of the external faculty at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid where he teaches classes on contract law in the common law system.
