Profile
Daragh is Counsel in the Litigation and Arbitration practice and specialises in international dispute resolution. He has more than a decade of experience representing domestic and international clients in particularly complex and high-value commercial and investment arbitrations.
He joined Pérez-Llorca in 2019, after practising for five years at a boutique firm specialising in international arbitration in Madrid. He was promoted to Counsel in December 2025.
Drawing on his academic and professional experience in Spain, Ireland and the United States, Daragh brings a distinctly international perspective to the matters on which he advises and is familiar with disputes governed by both civil law and common law systems.

Experience
Daragh specialises in international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration. He regularly acts in proceedings administered by the leading arbitral institutions, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations, including proceedings under the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICSID, ICDR, SCC and CIAM-CIAR Rules.
He has particular experience in disputes relating to engineering and construction projects, energy, mining, infrastructure, industrial facilities, corporate transactions and post-M&A matters. He has acted in disputes involving multiple jurisdictions, complex technical issues and high-value claims.
He also advises on court proceedings related to arbitration, including applications for interim measures and the recognition and enforcement in Spain of foreign awards and judgments.
In addition to his experience as counsel, Daragh has acted as secretary to arbitral tribunals in commercial and investment arbitrations. He also has experience in litigation in the United States and has participated in the preparation and filing of submissions before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Academic Collaborations
Daragh is a member of the faculty of the Master’s Degree in International Advocacy at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where he teaches subjects relating to contract law and international legal practice.
He is the author of various publications on international arbitration and regularly participates as a speaker and moderator at conferences and seminars.
