Pérez-Llorca has two subsidiaries outside of Spain, one in the United Kingdom (Pérez-Llorca UK LLP) and another in the United States of America (Pérez-Llorca US LLP), to whom the firm will be able to communicate the Users’ date with the same purposes outlined above.
