Marc joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021 and is part of the firm’s Tax practice area. After completing his specialisation in tax law, Marc pursued an LL.M at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. Prior to joining, Marc completed work experience at a legal institution abroad.

• 2021 Joint Master’s degree in Tax Advice and Management and for Access to the Legal Profession, ESADE Law School, Barcelona

He speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.

Experience

Marc specialises in tax law and works in the Barcelona office. He has worked on M&A transactions, real estate, advising on W&I policies and on corporate restructurings and refinancings, acquisitions, investments and divestments. Marc has worked for private equity and venture capital funds and international financial investors.

In addition, since joining the firm, he has collaborated in advising on tax proceedings in both administrative and contentious proceedings.
