Marc joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021 and is part of the firm’s Tax practice area.

After completing his specialisation in tax law, Marc pursued an LL.M at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. Prior to joining, Marc completed work experience at a legal institution abroad.

He speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.

Experience

Marc specialises in tax law and works in the Barcelona office. He has experience in M&A transactions, property deals, advising on tax insurance and W&I policies, as well as on corporate restructuring and refinancing processes, providing advice on acquisitions, investments and divestments. In particular, he has advised investment funds, venture capital firms and international investors in connection with a wide range of transactions.

Furthermore, since joining the firm, he has regularly been involved in providing advice on tax proceedings, both at the administrative level and in the courts.

Academic and Publishing Collaborations

Marc has taught on the Bachelor’s degree in Law and the Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management at ESADE.
