Requirements

 

  • Law Degree.
  • Between one and four years of experience in insurance and reinsurance and financial regulation, acquired in a law firm or financial institution.
  • A high level of English.

Billing & Collections Manager

We are looking for someone to join the Finance team in the Mexico City office.

 

Requirements

 

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and supervising the billing and collection team’s processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with billing policies and applicable regulations.
  • Supervising and ensuring the correct issuance of invoices to clients.
  • Coordinating the collections team to follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Preparing and reporting on the status of accounts receivable, payments and other financial indicators to senior management.
  • Identifying problems and analysing data to improve process efficiency.
  • Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure a coordinated and accurate workflow.

Requirements

  • Excellent academic record and command of English.
