Profile
Lidia joined Pérez-Llorca in September 2018. Before joining the firm, Lidia completed work experience at the Office of Public Prosecution for Violence Against Women and at the Office of Public Prosecution at the Spanish Constitutional Court.
Studies:
- 2019 Joint Master’s degree in Regulated Sectors, specialising in the Energy Sector, and for Access to the Legal Profession, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid
- 2017 Joint Honours degree in Law and Political Science and Public Administration (E-5), Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE)
Spanish and English. She also speaks French.
Experience
Lidia has been involved in criminal proceedings and investigations concerning economic crimes and crimes against workers’ rights, extraditions and procedures for the implementation of instruments of international judicial cooperation in criminal matters.
Likewise, Lidia has advised both Spanish and foreign clients on internal investigations and on the implementation of corporate compliance programs.
