The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience performing operational activities related to physical and digital archiving, correspondence handling, document custody, and digitization, ensuring that all information is available and up to date.
The candidate must have experience managing both internal and external correspondence, and possess intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional, as well as basic knowledge of digitization processes.
