Carmen joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025 and is part of the firm’s Banking and Finance practice, where she takes part in advising domestic and international clients on corporate finance, acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance and debt restructuring transactions.

Experience

Carmen specialises in banking and finance law. Prior to joining the firm, Carmen worked in the Banking and Finance department of a renowned international law firm and also has experience in corporate banking at a well-known international bank.
